Saturday Sept. 14 – X Country @ Peoria High School – Meet at 8:40 Bus Time 6:00
Study table is taking place after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 5:15. There is an activity bus that can take you back to the other 3 towns. This is a great time to get help on homework or work on credit recovery in PLATO. Mrs. Highland or Miss Bonnell (classroom is at the end of the blue hallway) will run the study table.
*Livestock reasons team: There will be a practice after volleyball and cross country Wednesday, at the Hummel House
*Livestock non-reasons team: There will be meetings during AP Wednesday & Friday in the ag room - please come if you can!
Applications to attend National FFA Convention are due today, Wednesday September 11th at 3:30pm. They can be turned in to the ag room.
The September FFA Meeting will be Monday, September 16 at 5pm/after sports practices. We will have pizza for dinner, hold our annual bags tournament, and have committee meetings. Please sign up to bring bags sets in the ag room if you have any you can bring. You must have a ride home afterwards as there will not be an activity bus that late.
FFA mums will be arriving next Tuesday Sept 17. Pickup will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school until 5:30ish. Please make arrangements to pick up and deliver your flowers if you sold. We still have some flowers left for preorder.
Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors - There will be a quick meeting on Friday September 13th during AP to learn about Senator Bennett's Youth Advisory Council taking place on October 2nd from 9am-2pm. If you are interested in politics, government, civil service, criminal justice, and/or law, this is a perfect opportunity to learn more and practice these skills. If you are unable to attend the Friday meeting but are interested, please reach out to Ms. Fisher.
